Good response to ParkCity projects

Park Regent by the Water has achieved 80 per cent take-up since its end-July official launch.

DESA ParkCity in Kuala Lumpur is an established and mature self-contained township.

According to the developer, Park Regent achieved a 80 per cent take-up since its official launch at the end of July.

Park Regent is a joint development by ParkCity and Singapore’s CapitaLand Ltd, and it is slated for completion in 2023.

The freehold project, located on a 2.27ha site by the lake and central park at Desa ParkCity, has a gross development value of RM1.08 billion.

“Previously, we had announced that we had achieved a 70 per cent take-up rate. I’m happy to say that we have now achieved a 80 per cent take-up” said ParkCity group chief executive officer Datuk Joseph Lau.

The project has gathered a combination of world-class architects — Serie+Multiply, a joint venture between London-based Serie Architects and Singapore-based Multiply Architects, celebrity interior designer Peter Tay Studio and Singapore-based landscape consultant Coen Design International — to
