KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd last week laid the final brick on its exclusive waterfront project in Johor, Teega @Puteri Harbour, marking the completion of the mixed-use development.

Its managing director and chief executive officer Anwar Syahrin Abdul Aijb said the completion of Teega @Puteri Harbour in Iskandar Puteri marked a milestone in the construction of Puteri Harbour.

"We are proud to have been able to reach this stage in the construction of Teega @Puteri Harbour. Once handed over and occupied, our owners will be able to enjoy the full privileges this mixed development has to offer," he said at the topping-out ceremony last week.

Teega @Puteri Harbour is part of Puteri Harbour, which spans 485.86ha with a 13.5km coastline and is nestled at the southern tip along the Straits of Johor, just miles away from Singapore.

Built on about 4ha of freehold land, Teega @Puteri Harbour is a modern resort-like environment that offers views of private marinas and the adjacent linear park.

The development encompasses four components - Teega Residence, Teega Suites, Teega Tower and Teega Walk - and commands a gross development value of RM1.34 billion.

It brings together a mix of local and foreign residents, holiday makers and yacht club members.

Teega Residence offers 736 apartments (886-4,457 sq ft) in two 35-storey towers and one row of three-storey cabana units.

Teega Suites, which is a 35-storey serviced apartment tower, has 556 units with sizes ranging from 485 to 1,621 sq ft.

The sales launch for Teega Residence and Teega Suites were held at the end of 2012 and was an instant hit, with all the units sold out within a few days.

Teega Residence apartments were sold from RM781,888 (RM670 per sq ft) for a two-bedroom unit to RM1.52 million (RM762 psf) for a 4+1-bedroom unit.

Serviced apartments at Teega Suits were sold from RM341,888 (RM650 psf) for a studio unit to RM815,888 (RM742 psf) for a two-bedroom unit.

The units came with kitchen cabinets, hob and hood, air-conditioners in the living hall and bedrooms, and water heater in the bathroom.

Teega Tower, meanwhile, is a 26-storey office tower comprising 51 office units of between 2,103 and 2,363 sq ft each and Teega Walk comprises 28 units of retail space ranging from 515 to 3,341 sq ft.
