SkyWorld Development Group has launched Solution Plus (Solution+), Malaysia's first ecosystem and enhanced e-commerce platform that connects SkyWorld homeowners and traders.

According to its chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng, gone are the days whereby one needs to painstakingly search for contacts, recommendations, and price comparison for interior design, renovations, furniture, and other home solutions.

"Solution+ is made to address these issues, all within your fingertips. SkyWorld homeowners are able to enjoy great savings and special packages from the preferred home solutions partners," he said.

Lee said that Solution+ partners were carefully selected through a stringent selection process from a wide range of move-in necessities, including interior design and renovation, furniture, home appliances, telco subscription services, movers, packers, and rental services.

Among the partners are Electrolux, Panasonic, Samsung, Buenos Kitchen, Maju Home Concept, BestMas, and Profound Axis.

The launch of Solution+ occurred during the city developer's Aloha beach party-themed media tour at SkyMeridien Residences in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur.

The media was invited to see the development's 32 impressive resort-inspired facilities, which included an Olympic-length swimming pool, three distinct gym concepts (indoor, outdoor, and hydro), an arcade games room, a lounge/co-working space, and multi-sport facilities such as rock climbing and a half basketball court.

Lee said that despite the pandemic, SkyMeridien was completed on time and is now ready for handover to the respective owners.

"Perfected for urbanites who aspire to find work-life balance, we are positive that SkyMeridien homeowners will be impressed with the facilities, quality workmanship, and the investment made," he said.

SkyMeridien is a certified green building designed to save energy and resources, staying true to its brand purpose of 'Make Living Better.' It also has an Automated Waste Collection System (AWCS) to help promote a cleaner and more sanitary environment.

Maximum cross ventilation, thermal comfort, and daylight analysis were all considered when designing the lobby, common corridors, and residential units with the ESG initiatives in mind, according to Lee.

Moving forward, SkyWorld plans to launch four projects in Kuala Lumpur this year and is optimistic about the prospects, said Lee.

The new projects, according to him, are in Setapak, Cheras, Taman Melawati, and Setiawangsa.

The city developer received a positive response for its SkyMeridien Residences in Sentul and SkyAwani 3 in Setapak, with sales of more than RM2.8 million transacted within a week, during the soft launch earlier this year, he said.
