Tropicana Corp Bhd has launched Tropicana Power Up, a campaign aimed at selling properties in its upcoming and completed residential and commercial projects in the Klang Valley, Johor and Langkawi.

The developer will offer several incentives such as down payment assistance, free stamp duties for loan and memorandum of transfer (MOT) instruments, and double referral rewards on sale and purchase agreement signings.

The campaign ends on June 30, 2022, according to Tropicana in a statement.

Aman 1 apartments at Tropicana Aman; Edelweiss serviced residences at Tropicana Gardens; SouthPlace serviced residences at Tropicana Metropark; Paisley serviced residences at Tropicana Metropark, and Tropicana Miyu condominium at Tropicana Miyu are among the participating high-rise projects in the Klang Valley.

The landed homes for sale are mostly at Tropicana Aman and they include Bayan Residence (3-storey link homes), Dalia Residences (2-storey semi-ds and bungalows), Elemen Residences (2-storey superlink homes), and Freesia Residences (2-storey semi-ds and bungalows).

Tropicana Gardens' Edelweiss SOFO (small office, flexible office); Tropicana Aman's Triana (2 & 3-story shop offices); and Tropicana Metropark's SouthPlace Shoppes (retail lots) are among the commercial options.

In Johor, Tropicana is selling Bora residences at Tropicana Danga Bay in Iskandar Malaysia, as well as Aster Heights (2-story terrace homes) at Tropicana Uplands in Gelang Patah.

Tropicana's managing director of marketing and sales, Joanne Lee, described the campaign as a means for the brand to reach out to the community, reward it, and expand it.

"With over 5,800 satisfied customers in FY2021, we anticipate even healthier prospects in the coming year," she said.

Lee said that according to the PropertyGuru Malaysia Consumer Sentiment Survey, there is an increased appetite among Malaysians to purchase property for investment purposes,

"We are pleased to cater to surging market demand through Tropicana Power Up, delivering easy entry and minimal capital outlays for our properties in support of the national housing agenda following the conclusion of the Home Ownership Campaign," she said.
