Rimbun Alam boasts lush greenery, peaceful living

Rimbun Alam homes boast a vast living space of 2,255 sq ft per unit, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
IJM Land Bhd has launched its latest project in Seremban 2 Heights, dubbed Rimbun Alam, comprising double-storey linked homes priced from RM527,624 per unit.
Senior general manager (central region) Datuk Hoo Kim See said Rimbun Alam, which is spread on a 0.8ha lush greenery, is a low-density development, with only six houses per acre.
The homes, which boast a vast living space of 2,255 sq ft per unit, have four bedrooms and three bathrooms each.
Hoo said they are fully extended built-ups that required no renovations.
“This ensures the phase of moving in is cost-efficient and hassle free. They offer homeowners a new beginning in comfortable, secure and well-designed living space,” he said.
The homes feature a concept of easy living with premium finishing. They are comfortably placed in ample natural lighting with a cool environment. Homeowners will also find maximised peace and privacy in the 20-ft-wide back lanes, said Hoo.
All homes come with a digital lock to ensure tighter security, along with a groove-lined staircase, porcelain tiles, powder-coated frames and a master bath shower screen.
“We have been in the property industry for years now and we understand how people crave for more quality and undisturbed time with their family members. This serves as a perfect solution for those looking to move away from city noise and live in complete serenity,” he said.
Covering over 614.1ha of land, Seremban 2 offers a variety of designed homes ranging from affordable apartments to luxury gated bungalows.
To date, the integrated township is home to 30 residential communities, public schools, an international school, two recreational parks (City Lake Park and Hill Park), a sports complex, shopping malls and commercial business parks.
Hoo said the township aims to present immediate solutions to its homeowners covering everything from fun activities, food, scenic areas, education and health.
“At Seremban 2, we have always been passionate about family and a tight bond with neighbours and the entire community. Throughout the years, we have consistently organised carnivals and events for homeowners and got the public to join in and create memories together. Why? Because we understand that this is the backbone of our township — the people,” he added.
